Shane has almost 25 years of financial industry experience, including founding his own practice, Biehn Financial Group. Over this time, Shane has been trusted to provide clients with investment management services, with a particular focus on satisfying the complex needs of business and farm owners through an understanding of their investment objectives and goals.
He holds the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designations, as well as having successfully completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) among others. Shane is also a member of the Canadian Association of Gift Planners and Canadian Association of Farm Advisors.
Outside of Shane’s professional life, he enjoys spending time with his wife Ashley and daughter Malia, traveling, and giving back to his local community.

Michael Ferguson is co founder of two ag service companies; Exceed Grain Marketing and Collictive Impact. While operating the family farm that is now on the fourth generation, he continues to look at opportunities outside of agriculture.
With a strong belief in risk management, and diversification, there are many opportunities present today and tomorrow. With post-secondary education in finance and accounting, he not only understands how important it is to review past data, but to look ahead and plan for the future.
