Rise in Spam Emails
Never Hesitate to Verify Legitimacy of Emails
CAFA has noticed an uptick in individuals and companies engaging in spam and phishing scams using our name. If you receive an unexpected message claiming to be from CAFA or selling CAFA details and information, please report for phishing and delete the email.
Be cautious of emails that request sensitive information, contain unexpected links or attachments, or seem urgent or unusual.
If you are unsure about an email’s legitimacy, please contact us directly at info@cafanet.net or by calling 204-381-6313.
- Official CAFA emails: All emails from CAFA team members will end in "cafanet.ca"
- Official publisher emails: If our publishers are reaching out regarding advertising for our magazine their email will end in "matrixgroupinc.net"
